New Listings

I've just listed a couple of new yarn bowls in the Etsy shop, the first is a Jarrah and Mahogany yarn bowl, this is the larger sized bowl at 200 mm diameter designed to accommodate all sorts of wool balls up to the big Bendigo Wollen Mills 200g ball.

The second bowl listed has come out of some of the Huon Pine that I picked up in Tasmania over the Christmas break. This is a stunning bit of timber that has come out almost better than I expected and has that gorgeous aroma that comes with Huon Pine.  I'm hoping that I can sure up a bit more supply of this but at the moment it's been hard to come by.  This is really a unique bowl.

I can't believe Christmas is just around the corner!!

This year has been fairly busy for me but a bit quiet for the Workshop, this should be changing in the new year.  2018 will see me focus more on getting into the workshop and making things as well as putting far more effort into the marketing side of things such as adding content to the website, working on filling the online shop and hopefully getting to a few actual markets to show off what we can do.

It's probably about time that I have gotten around to getting a website up and running for Fatso's Workshop (welcome to the 90's Fatso...).  Anyway, here it is....

I will still have the Etsy shop running for items that are selling through there as well as listing them here but I will be also listing items for sale here that won't be listed there.
